Founded in 1997, Inedita is an independent classical music label, specialized in producing high­quality recordings devoted to rare and unpublished music.

The current catalogue includes more than 200 premiere recordings, which have received international praise and several awards. The “Beethoven Rarities” series, now in its eighth volume, offers the most exclusive collection of Beethoven's rare or unpublished compositions, including the world premiere of the recently discovered (2001) Macbeth Overture.

Since 1999 Inedita has recorded all its productions in a High Definition, and in 2011 has started to produce exclusively SACDs recorded in DSD stereo encoding, and with a nice digipak packaging. Inedita releases its SACDs on Hybrid SACD, so they can be played on SACD players as well as on standard CD players.
