Wolfgang Bauer (trumpet and direction) & Christian Wetzel (oboe) Württembergisches Kammerorchester Heilbronn, Ruben Gazarian Father and son Johann Christian Hertel (1697-1754) Johann William Hertel (1727-1789) were both musicians and composers for the court of Mecklenberg. These highly virtuosic pieces require an assured technical brilliance from the performers and Wolfgang Bauer is a master of this music and his instrument. Ruden Gazarian conducts the Württembergisches Kammerorchester Heilbronn in these stunning concertos and symphonies. |
