The Buxheimer Orgelbuch is the most extensive collection of keyboard music dating from before 1600. Until 1883 the manuscript had been preserved in a Carthusian monastery. It then came into the ownership of the State Library in Munich. Joseph Kelemen is an expert on German organ music before 1700 and here performs on two instruments of historical interest dating from 1425 and 1558.
