Goffredo degli Esposti (sorellina, buttafuoco col siscariello), Mauro Squillante (colascione, mezzo colascione, colascione piccolo), Simone Sorini (canto, nacchere, tamburello, tamburo) & Marcello Vitale (guitar) In Naples mid-15th century, there was a strong impulse towards development both in instruments and musical forms, including the buttafuoco and the sordellina. A recently discovered manuscript, dated 1600, by Giovanni Lorenzo Baldano (1576-1660) contains about 160 pieces for the sordellina. In addition, there are 36 pieces for buttafuoco: an instrument which can be identified as a hammer dulcimer played together with the zufolo, a small flute. | | | Usually despatched in 3 - 4 working days. |
