This broadcast from 1961 is especially interesting for the Elektra of Inge Borkh - an Elektra of searing intensity and single minded purpose. Can you imagine a better cast? Rysanek, a former Elektra, justly celebrated on film and CD, will blow your socks off. Superb sound!
