Timothy Roberts (harpsichord)

Timothy Roberts plays 20 pieces from the Fitzwilliam Virginal Book by Giles Farnaby (1563-1640) including Fantasia, His Rest, Rosasolis, Loth to Depart and Farmer’s Pavan. The instrument used for this recording is the wonderful Malcolm Rose harpsichord built in London in 1579.
