Ben van Oosten’s pilgrimage reaches an end with this CD. He is performing on the Cavaillé-Coll Organ Église Saint-Sulpice, Paris where the composer had been organist for almost forty years. The music of the Chorale and Fugue Op.57, an improvisation on two Gregorian themes is the last piece which Dupré performed on this instrument.
