This Collection brings together all the works for string quartet by György Kurtág, without doubt one of the most important composers of our time. The Athena Quartett was founded in Berlin in 1999. Thanks to their close collaboration with composers such as Kurtág, Dutilleux and Zender, these young musicians have developed a keen interest in contemporary music.
