Why aren't some of my purchases showing in collection/purchased in the Presto streaming app?


There are a number of reasons that your previous purchases might not show in your streaming account and whilst this is the case now, we will be adding more functionality in the future that may mean that some of these are resolved.



  • Items deleted since your original purchase will not show in your library due to no longer being available for sale in your territory
  • The item purchased is only available as a physical product, eg. CD, SACD etc and no digital file exists
  • Items purchased as tracks or works rather than full albums will not show in your library 
  • Territorial restrictions may have changed since your purchase and will be restricted from your library
